He's is incredibly easy-going and respectful of guest privacy, most of the time he's out working, but is around if you need anything! Guests have full access to the comfortable main living room, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area and heated pool available for an extra fee.
The home is located on a quiet, serene street with very convenient access to the highway, just beyond the bottleneck for smoother travel.
Heated pool is available for an extra fee ($350/stay + $100/night).
