The fenced in back yard comes with a lot of great features such as heated pool & jacuzzi (for an extra fee), two level pergolas over a 20x40 concrete patio, full play set for the kids, fire pit, hammock area, outdoor shower and a cute pool house/lounge area with a loft!
You will have access to the entire house!
- Heated pool is optional add on, available for a fee: $350 + $100/day. (during summer season)
- Jacuzzi is optional add on, available for a fee: $200 + $50/day. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. Open year-round.
- Pet fee: $300/per pet per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance.
- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

I would HIGHLY recommend this property!! It was beautiful and looked exactly as described. The hosts were extremely responsive (often answering our questions within minutes) and very helpful. They even provided suggestions of places to visit nearby. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The backyard and pool area were so beautiful and relaxing- we didn’t want to leave! Definitely recommend !
