This property has an oversized back yard with plenty of space for kids to enjoy. The location makes your stay easy and convenient to navigate the east end.
Pets are allowed for a fee. No smoking. No parties. Must comply with town noise ordinances.
Pet fee: $300 each pet per stay.
Jacuzzi use fee: $200 + $50/day. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. Open year-round.
Fire pit/Fireplace wood: not provided by host.
